Pricing... Services and Plans | Florida Technology is committed to providing highly effective backup systems to all customers, from the home user to multiple office businesses with highly complicated business needs.
You are charged a monthly fee based on the amount of storage allocated on our server for your backups. The pricing structure is very simple with the initial plan of 600MB being $25.00 per month and then $5.00 for every 200MB or part thereof after 600MB. Below are examples of some of our plans:
- $25.00 per month for up to 600MB of data.
- $30.00 per month for up to 800MB of data.
- $35.00 per month for up to 1GB of data.
- $60.00 per month for up to 2GB of data.
- $85.00 per month for up to 3GB of data.
All prices are inclusive of GST
If you exceed your plan by less than 25% of your quota you will be sent an email and given the opportunity to either reduce the amount of data you are backing up or to move up to the next plan. Your backups will never be declined because of exceeding your quota. If you exceed your quota by more than 25% you will automatically be moved up to the appropriate plan and you will receive an upgrade notification via email.
All plans include an unlimited amount of backup and restores each month. You only pay for the storage space required for your backups.
The size specified is the amount of space required to keep your backups on our secure server. Because the files are compressed and the compression varies depending on the types of files you are backing up it is difficult to accurately estimate the amount of storage space you require for your backups. An initial estimate would be to double the size of the files you are backing up and that should provide enough storage for two full monthly backups with daily incremental backups in-between. During your initial 14 day free trial you can change the files backed up to see how much storage will be required.

| Multiple Computers | There are different ways to backup multiple computers. Please contact us to work out the best solution for your requirements.
After each backup is complete you will automatically be sent an email with detail of how much of your quota you are currently using.

The right is reserved to refuse service to a customer and to cancel service with 30 days written notice. In the event service is canceled or refused, the customer is not liable for charges for the previous 30 days. Customers discontinued for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal to one month's service. The customer assumes all responsibility for their own ISP charges.
